Mininum stay: 3 nights. June-July-August: minimum stay 1 week.
End cleaning is included. Damage deposit 300 euro (full refund)

We work via Paypal. We ask 20% to make the reservation, the rest of the sum 2 weeks before arrival. In case of cancelation longer than 2 weeks before arrival, half of the reservation fee is refunded. Further, we ask for a damagedeposit of 300 euro, which is fully refunded at time of departure.
