I am interested in renting your houseboat, but have not heard back. Where is the best place to reach you?

Thank you Reina for creating such a beautiful place to stay in Amsterdam. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were very comfortable on this luxuriously appointed houseboat, is was a perfect end to our holiday in Europe. The houseboat is very tastefully decorated and we wanted for nothing. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom and the kitchen were very functional. The extra touches including the provisions in the fridge were very welcome. The swans and the ducks were very friendly.

I would highly recommend staying on this houseboat you won't regret it. Superb!!

We really spent a nice time in this typical houseboat, the surroundings were very beautiful and quiet. Our favorite thing was to have breakfast with the doors open on the canal and watch the boats or ducks passing by. The Brouwergracht canal is very authentic, and you will find many places as restaurants, shops, markets, cafés...The owner Reina, made us really comfortable, with a warm welcome, beautiful linen on the beds, fridge filled with products for the breakfast, a bottle of wine, coffee, and many little attentions to make your stay unforgettable. We are sure to come back!

Hemos disfrutado de unos días de vacaciones esplendidos, a pesar del frío en pleno inicio de abril.
Esto en gran parte es debido a la magnificas instalaciones del houseboat Santa Cruz . Mis hijos, marido y yo quedamos encantados con las atenciones, como la magnifica botella de vino de bienvenida, y la sorpresa de tener un completo desayuno en la nevera, maquina de café, unos colchones estupendamente cómodos.

Reina es una magnífica y atenta anfitriona, permanentemente atendiendo cualquier duda.
La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de Central Station. Nosotros fuimos caminando a todos sitios, mercados, museos Ana Frank y Van Gogh, plaza Dam.

We enjoyed the holidays in Ámsterdam, despite the cold and rain some days of april.
This is largely due to the magnificent facilities of the Santa Cruz houseboat.
My children, husband and I were delighted with the attention, as the magnificent welcome bottle of wine, and surprise of having a full breakfast in the fridge, coffee machine, a super comfortable mattress in the bedroom.
Reina is a wonderful and attentive hosts, permanently taking any questions.

The location is perfect, near Central Station. We arrived walking everywhere, markets, museums Anne Frank and Van Gogh, Dam Square

My husband and son and I stayed on this incredibly comfortable and chicly styled, appointed houseboat. It is a gem of a space, the owner has impeccable taste. The duvets were so comfortable, the towels fluffy, excellent water pressure in the shower, the bathroom was roomy and beautifully done, the galley kitchen was also well appointed. It was sun filled and the swans really do float by as do mallard duck couples. The location could not have been better. It sure beat being a tourist in a hotel."

From the moment we arrived at houseboat Santa Cruz we were captivated by the magical ambience of being on the water. This houseboat is incredibly comfortable, clean, and in the center of everything one would wish to see when visiting Amsterdam. All the personal touches were there, crisp sheets, fluffy towels, a firm and comfortable mattress, a fridge with breakfast necessities and a nice welcoming bottle of wine.

There are an unlimited number of cafes in the area and a grocery store just around the corner. I look forward to another visit on the Santa Cruz and would highly recommend this houseboat to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

If you are visiting Amsterdam, look no further. This houseboat is larger, more comfortable, and better situated amongst the attractions than most hotels in town. It also gives you more space than most European hotels, at less cost--it cant be beat. It is ideal for a couple or small family--the owners have a Dutch class you wont find many places outside of Holland and the neighborhood is safe and enchanting. cheers!

Nous partîmes à 4 passer 4 nuits à Amsterdam dans cet endroit qui paraissait si charmant. La publicité disait vrai!
L'aménagement a tiré le mieux de l'espace. Le canal est agréable de tranquillité et de beauté. On est prêt de tout. Il ne nous restait plus qu'à louer des vélos - à 300m- pour passer une fois de plus un moment enchanteur dans cette ville magique.
Et que dire des propriétaires, charmants avec un véritable sens de l'hospitalité et -last but not least- parlant l'un anglais, l'autre français.
Bref, que demander de plus pour le bon peuple français. Bon séjour.. et laissez-nous de la place pour notre prochain séjour.

We spent 4 charming and quiet nights in this lovely place. Nicely renewed, plenty of space for the size, all necessary confort, ducks in the river on one side, dutch on the street on the other side...close to heaven!
Finally smart and very kind hosts make this place (almost) a dream. Don't hesitate.

“We would highly recommend canal boat Santa Cruz for anyone wanting a pleasurable and real slice of Amsterdam living. From watching the swans glide past the living room window to soaking in a luxurious bubble bath, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Marc and Reina were lovely hosts and graciously stopped by to point out some of the special features of the boat. Like a tardis, the bijou boat felt larger on the inside and had some charming elements, such as the electrical box hidden behind an antique piece of furniture and the under floor ‘basement’.
The boat was warm and cozy (helped along by the under floor heating) – even during the typical rainy Amsterdam weather – and contained everything one needs for a pleasant vacation (which for us means an indispensible espresso maker, a fridge to keep the Heineken cold, and a fully equipped kitchen).
We would also recommend renting bikes from Frederic Rent a Bike – just down the Brouwersgracht from the boat – and visiting any of the local Eet Cafés and Bruin Cafes in the Jordaan – the best place to stay in all of Amsterdam! “
